1. 180-Day Refill Guarantee
Every order placed on BuySocialLikes is covered for 180 days from completion. If your follower or like count drops below the delivered amount, contact us at hello@buysociallikes.com with your order number and we'll refill at no charge.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund
- Your order is not delivered within 7 days of payment
- We cannot deliver due to a technical limitation on our side
- You were charged twice for the same order
- You cancel the order before delivery begins
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
- Order has been fully or partially delivered as specified
- You provided an incorrect username or profile URL
- Your account was set to private during delivery
- The post or profile was deleted before completion
- You changed your username during delivery
- Refund is requested more than 30 days after order completion
4. How to Request a Refund or Refill
- Email hello@buysociallikes.com from the address you ordered with
- Include your order number and the issue
- Our team responds within 24 hours
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
5. Partial Refunds
If part of an order cannot be completed (for example, due to platform-side rate limits), we issue a prorated refund for the undelivered portion.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Filing a chargeback for a delivered service may permanently disqualify you from future orders and our refill guarantee.
